Database development for vehicle wiring diagrams

Summary

We are an ignition interlock installer and would like to develop a database of vehicle makes and models that would include the specific wiring required for each vehicle. This would be similar to a database for installing vehicle alarm systems including some reference photos. The database would need to be easily added to and edited by our management and view only for our service technicians. We are open to all types of programs to be able to use this database as long as it is user friendly.
