Summary

We're looking for an experienced Databricks Data Engineer to join our team and help build and optimize scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions on Azure. About the Role You'll work on designing, implementing, and maintaining Databricks-based data architecture, with a strong focus on governance, performance, and modern data engineering best practices. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Databricks architecture Unity Catalog, Delta Lake tables, data lineage, and permissions management Experience with Databricks Genie and notebook development Advanced SQL skills Strong Python programming experience Experience working within the Azure ecosystem Nice to Have Experience with Agent Bricks Experience implementing Gen AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions within Databricks Familiarity with Azure Synapse and Synapse pipelines Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) Experience with Azure SQL pools Experience with DevOps/CI-CD, Databricks Asset Bundles, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Experience with performance tuning of large-scale data pipelines Relevant certifications such as Databricks Data Engineer Professional or Generative AI Engineer Associate are a plus, though not required
