🔥 60–90 Day Full Supply Chain Turnaround Lead (Amazon | Forecasting | Logistics | 3PL Migration | Cost Control) We are an established Amazon eCommerce company undergoing a full supply chain restructuring. We are migrating to 3PL, and implementing strict inventory, forecasting, and cost control systems. We are currently experiencing: • Overstock → long-term storage fees • Understock → lost sales • Weak forecasting discipline • Poor COGS and freight visibility • Inventory misalignment across locations This is a high-impact 60–90 day turnaround contract role. We need a senior operator who has stabilized supply chains under pressure before. 🎯 Mission (Non-Negotiable Outcomes) By the end of this contract: • Warehouse fully exited or transitioned to 3PL • Inventory reconciled across warehouse, FBA, China, and in-transit • Clear forecasting system implemented (lead time + velocity + safety stock logic) • Overstock and understock controlled with defined thresholds • Long-term storage risk eliminated • COGS + freight cost tracking structured per SKU • Clean supply chain SOP framework documented • Zero blind spots in stock accountability This role directly impacts profitability and cash flow. 🧱 Responsibilities • Lead warehouse exit and 3PL migration • Own full inventory forecasting logic • Implement strict reorder thresholds • Align China production with US demand • Control shipment timing to avoid stockouts • Reduce aged inventory exposure • Track and optimize freight and landed cost per SKU • Build clean supply chain reporting dashboards • Identify and eliminate operational cost leakage 🧠 Required Experience (Must Have) • Full supply chain management experience (forecasting → freight → fulfillment) • Amazon FBA inventory control expertise • 3PL migration experience • Demonstrated success reducing both stockouts and overstock • COGS + landed cost tracking experience • Turnaround / crisis execution background • Ability to operate independently without daily oversight Do NOT apply if you are: • A general VA • A PPC specialist • A growth marketer • Someone without hands-on supply chain restructuring experience 📅 Duration 60–90 days Immediate start
