The evaluation will consider: * Improvement in average position for the target keywords. * Improvement in clicks and/or impressions where appropriate. * Evidence that optimized pages are gaining visibility. * No significant loss of rankings for unrelated keywords caused by the implemented changes. The purpose of this pilot is to determine whether the contractor’s methodology produces measurable positive results before awarding a larger SEO engagement.
