US Dealership Research Caller — Cold Call & Data Collection (Automotive)

We're a small automotive software company building a national database of US car dealerships. We need someone to call dealerships across the US, ask a few simple questions, and log the answers in a spreadsheet. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Call US car dealerships during US business hours (Mountain Time, 9 AM - 5 PM MT) - Ask the service department 2-3 short questions (we provide the script) - Record answers in a Google Sheet / Excel spreadsheet - Work through a list of dealerships organized by brand (Mazda, Nissan, Honda, Toyota, Ford, etc.) THE CALLS ARE SIMPLE — EXAMPLE SCRIPT: - "Hi, I'm doing some research on your service department. Could you tell me what DMS system you use?" (DealerTrack, CDK, Reynolds, etc.) - "Could I get the name and email of your service manager?" - That's it. Average call is 1-2 minutes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Clear, professional English speaking voice - Comfortable making calls to US businesses - Reliable and consistent — we need someone who shows up and works through the list - Able to work during US business hours (at least partial overlap with 9 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time) - Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) - Experience with cold calling, lead generation, or virtual assistant work is a plus SCHEDULE: - Starting at 20 hours/week (flexible scheduling within US business hours) - Opportunity to move to full-time (40 hr/wk) as we expand to more brands - Long-term position — we have 20+ car brands to work through over the coming months TO APPLY — REQUIRED: 1.
