We are looking for an experienced Airtable and automation specialist to design and implement an MVP Decision Intelligence System for institutional real estate. The goal is to build a practical and scalable operating system to manage: Investment opportunities Institutional investor strategies Opportunity-to-investor matching Deal flow workflows Market signals Follow-ups and reminders This is not a traditional CRM project. The objective is to create an AI-assisted decision support system that combines structured investment data, market intelligence, and workflow automation. We already have part of the database structure defined and need someone who can turn it into a clean, user-friendly Airtable solution using: Airtable as the core database and interface Make.com (or similar tools) for automation and integrations AI-assisted workflows for matching, signals, and profile updates The freelancer should have experience with: Airtable architecture and Interfaces Make.com automation AI workflow integrations Database and process design
