Dedicated QBO Bookkeeper & Financial Assistant

We are a growing service business looking for a dedicated, long-term Bookkeeper based in the Philippines to take ownership of our daily financial data entry and cleanup. Hours: 25 per week (to start could lead to 40 hours per week for the right candidate). Budget: (depending on experience). Secret phrase is "Red Lion" Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily data entry in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Bill.com. Clean up, reorganize, and manage our Chart of Accounts (COA) to eliminate duplicates. Accurately categorize expenses (labor, materials, etc.) based on company guidelines. Assist our current bookkeeping team with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and transition into the primary full-time role. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill .com (Mandatory). QBO Certification is a massive plus. High attention to detail—must be able to spot misallocated expenses easily. Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal). Reliable internet connection and a secure workstation.
