We are new to hiring talent on Upwork . We work with Fortune 500 and large enterprise clients on IT transformation programmes and are building a bench of specialist delivery partners to execute on live projects as they come in. We're not looking for generalists. We're looking for agencies, consultancies and senior independent specialists who can walk into an enterprise environment and deliver from day one. Areas we're recruiting for: Software Engineering — full stack, platform engineering, legacy modernisation AI/ML — applied ML engineering, LLM implementation, MLOps What we need from you: A track record of delivering inside large enterprise environments, not just startups or SMEs Ability to mobilise a team quickly once a project is confirmed Comfort working under NDA and often without visibility of the end client until engaged References or case studies we can verify How this works: We maintain first visibility on enterprise IT transformation projects before they reach the open market.
