A New York non-profit has complete, working React application for managing gala sponsors — sponsor portals, an admin dashboard, and ticket-holder access. It currently runs as a single-file prototype with a key-value storage layer. I need it on a real database, deployed, and live at sponsors.pasteurfoundation.org. There is no design work, no feature work, and no payment integration. You are replacing two storage functions, wrapping the file in a Vite build, deploying, and connecting a subdomain. You'll receive: -The complete React app (pasteur-gala-platform.jsx, ~1,200 lines, one file; dependencies are react, lucide-react, and core Tailwind classes) -A written deployment spec with the data model, the exact storage interface to reimplement, and an acceptance checklist -Immediate answers from me — I'll be available the entire day What the app does (context only — it already works): -Access-code login (one code per sponsor, per ticket buyer, one admin code; no passwords, no accounts) -Sponsor portal: benefits by level, a deliverables checklist with deadlines, a guest/table seating form that locks on a date, file uploads (logos, PDF ads), text submissions -Admin dashboard: all sponsors and completion status, overdue items, deadline editing, an "open reminder emails" action (mailto — no email service), a drag-and-drop floor plan with image upload, a dietary report, an "add ticket order" form -Ticket purchase links out to our Givebutter page — nothing to build there Scope: 1. Wrap in Vite + React + Tailwind. Standard setup; the file becomes App.jsx. 2. Storage. The app calls exactly two functions — stGet(key) and stSet(key, value) — for all persistence. Reimplement them against Supabase: a kv table for the app-state JSON document, Supabase Storage bucket for uploaded files (each ≤ 4.5 MB). Use serverless functions or RLS, your call; the spec explains both. Delete the prototype fallback. 3. Admin code moves from stored config to an environment variable. 4. Deploy to Vercel. Provide the env-var list. 5. Domain. Connect sponsors.pasteurfoundation.org over HTTPS. Domain is on SiteGround; tell me the CNAME and I'll add it within minutes of your message, or I'll give you DNS access. 6. Strip demo seed data; initialize with the real config (I'll provide values). 7. README (half a page): deploy updates, rotate the admin code, export data as JSON.
