Deploy Web App to AWS/GCP & Publish Mobile App

Deploy Existing Web App (Replit) to AWS/GCP + Publish Mobile App (Expo) to App Store & Play Store Description: We have a fully functional queue management web app currently running on Replit, and a companion mobile app currently running successfully in Expo Go. Both are feature-complete and tested — we need help taking them to production. Scope of work: 1. Migrate and deploy the web app from Replit to a production-grade cloud environment (AWS or Google Cloud) — including domain setup, SSL, and basic CI/CD so we can push updates ourselves going forward. 2. Build and submit the mobile app (currently in Expo) to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, handling store listings, screenshots, and any review feedback until approved. 3. Document the deployment and release process clearly, and walk our internal team through it live (screen-share session or recorded walkthrough) so we can manage future updates independently. 4. Be available for a short post-launch support window to fix any deployment-related issues that come up. What we're NOT asking for: - New feature development - App redesign - Backend logic changes Ideal candidate: - Strong hands-on experience with AWS or GCP deployments (App Runner, EC2, Cloud Run, or similar) - Experience with Expo/React Native builds (EAS Build) and app store submission processes for both iOS and Android - Comfortable teaching/documenting for a non-technical-to-mid-technical team - Available for ongoing light maintenance support after go-live Deliverables: - Live production web app on AWS/GCP - Mobile app approved and live on both app stores - Written deployment/maintenance documentation - One team training session - Agreed maintenance support period post-launch Please share similar past projects (deployment + app store publishing) in your proposal.
