Depop Listing assistant

I run a growing clothing resale business and need a detail-oriented virtual assistant to create product listings from organized photo sets. Everything you need is prepared for you — your job is turning it into clean, complete listings. What you'll do: • Work from Google Drive folders (one folder per item, named by SKU, photos labeled consistently) • Fill out a listing spreadsheet — one row per item — with ALL fields completed: description, category, subcategory, brand, size, condition, color, price (from my price sheet), hashtags, and parcel size • Write descriptions using my style: Brand + Item + Size + Key Details, then material/fit details, measurements taken from the measurement photo, honest condition notes, and exactly 5 relevant hashtags • Flag any item with missing or unclear photos instead of guessing • Submit a short weekly report (listings completed, SKUs flagged, fixes made) Pay & volume: • $0.50 per completed, accepted listing row • Steady ongoing volume: 20–60+ items per week depending on sourcing • 48-hour turnaround per batch • Paid weekly through Upwork (hourly contracts also possible after the trial if preferred — roughly works out to $10/hr+ depending on your speed) Requirements: • Strong written English (descriptions must read naturally) • Experience with Depop, eBay, Poshmark, or Mercari listing is a big plus — tell me which platforms you've listed on • Comfortable with Google Sheets and Google Drive • Reliable communicator — responds within 24 hours • Detail-obsessed: a wrong measurement or guessed condition costs me a return, so accuracy matters more than speed To apply, answer these 3 questions: 1.
