Design a Cam Rise Hinge

I am reaching out regarding a specialized design requirement for a heavy-duty cam-rise hinge system. We are currently developing an application featuring a door leaf weighing approximately 300 kg, and we require a cam-rise/cam-lift action to clear floor finishes or achieve a tight bottom seal upon closing. As standard catalog hardware tops out well below this weight threshold due to structural load and ramp-friction limits, we are looking for a design capable of custom-engineering a solution for this load class. We would base it on the attached picture, but look at designing it to be cam-rise and get it machined by a sub-contract manufacturer, and make it easy to manufacture.
