Design Detail + Bill of Quantities

Summary

This is a new build hotel that has drafted elevations, floor plans, and furniture design already set in place. I will require someone to review the files provided, and provide an Excel document with the BOM (bill of materials) for the entire hotel (Public Space and Guestrooms). The BOM will have a template which I am attaching and must include tag #, quantity, unit of measure, dimensions, and image and to list out the manufacturer. Additionally, the BOM will be separated into 2 tabs - 1 tab for the following categories: - Category 1: Casegoods, soft seating, lighting, carpet, outdoor -Category 2: Finishes, paint, wall vinyl, fabrics for wraps, etc.
