Design PVC Beach Coffee Cart Layout with Specific Design Constraints

We run a fleet of mobile coffee carts on the beaches of southern New Jersey. Each cart is pushed across sand by one employee who serves iced coffee from it all day. We're redesigning the cart and need help figuring out the best way to lay it out. We'll provide the component list with dimensions, the maximum size the cart can be, and reference designs showing the style and construction we're working within. Components include coolers, a beverage dispenser, a sink, a speed rack, dry storage, and a push handle. The job is arranging those components efficiently within the size constraints — good service flow for the operator, sensible weight distribution, and easy access to the things that get used most. The frame must be built from standard off-the-shelf PVC pipe and fittings. No welding or custom parts. Deliverables: a few different layout options as simple 3D models, along with a short explanation of the reasoning behind each. Renders don't need to be polished — accurate dimensions and placement matter more than finish. Please share examples of physical product or equipment design work when you apply.
