Design packaging insert card for a Sticker Brand

We are looking for an experienced Packaging / Insert Card Designer to create a premium two-sided product insert card for our Amazon brand. The insert card will be 9" × 7" and placed inside the product's clear packaging. We want the design to look like it comes from a large, established consumer brand — clean, modern, bright, professional, and premium. We do not want a generic Amazon seller insert, a dark/heavy design, or something that looks like a basic Canva template. The card will include: Brand logo and branding Simple product/application instructions Information about our other product categories QR code directing customers to our Amazon Brand Store Customer support/message section Review-related messaging Front and back design We will provide the logo, brand colors, text/copy, QR code, product images, and examples/references. Important: Please include examples of packaging, insert cards, instruction cards, or similar printed materials you have personally designed. We are specifically looking for someone with strong packaging design experience, not only social media or Amazon listing-image experience. Final deliverables should include the editable source file plus print-ready PDF files with proper bleed and margins.
