3d Designer | Convert/Render Autodesk Inventor File in Lumion, etc

Summary

I have an Autodesk Inventor (.iam) file. The end goal is to render this file better than the current rendering using something like Lumion or Sketchup. I want to know the best/easiest way to render it from the included .iam/Inventor file. 1) convert/export the file to a few different formats for use in AutoCad/Lumion, Sketchup, and Revit 2) render the file to produce a realistic rendering (the textures/materials are all included in the file, you will just need to produce a backgdrop/setting/ground for the rendering). Attached is the sample render and the Autodesk Viewer screenshot for the file
