UX/UI Designer (Figma) – Landing Pages & Design System

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong Figma skills to create high-converting landing pages while maintaining excellent usability and consistency with existing design systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving user experiences, creating polished interfaces, and working within established design standards rather than designing from scratch. Responsibilities Design responsive landing pages in Figma with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and conversion. Follow and extend existing design systems and brand guidelines. Create layouts that are clean, intuitive, and user-focused. Improve existing Figma files by fixing inconsistencies, reorganising pages, and applying best practices. Create reusable Figma components and component variants from existing designs. Build and maintain organised component libraries using Auto Layout, Variables, and Styles where appropriate. Ensure consistency across typography, spacing, colours, icons, and interaction patterns. Produce developer-friendly designs with clear naming conventions and well-organised files. Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback. Requirements Strong experience using Figma professionally. Excellent understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centred design. Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries. Proficiency with Auto Layout, Components, Component Variants, Styles, Variables, and Prototyping. Ability to work within existing design systems while identifying opportunities for improvement. Experience cleaning up and organising complex Figma files. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Understanding of responsive web design and modern UI patterns. Ability to communicate design decisions clearly. Nice to Have Experience designing SaaS or web application interfaces. Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) and design handoff processes. Experience conducting usability reviews and making evidence-based UX improvements. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). What Success Looks Like Landing pages that are visually polished, easy to use, and conversion-focused. Existing Figma files are organised, consistent, and easy for the team to maintain. Reusable component libraries are created to improve design speed and consistency. Designs align with the existing design system while improving the overall user experience. Developers receive clean, organised files that reduce implementation time and ambiguity.
