Designer and Developer for German Landing Page

I am looking for an experienced professional in UI/UX design, web design, and technical implementation to develop a high-quality landing page system for a German photography website. I have been creating my own websites so far and have a good understanding of WordPress and Elementor. I also have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Therefore, I am able to understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively on the structure and implementation of the project. However, I am looking for professional support, particularly with the UI/UX concept, the visual design, and the development of the most practical and user-friendly solution. The system should work for various photography services, such as character portraits, personal branding portraits, family photography, model portfolio and comp card photos, and other photography services. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT Depending on your experience and the services you offer, I am open to two possible arrangements. DESIGN ONLY You develop the UI/UX concept and the visual design of the landing page system. The technical implementation in WordPress can then be handled by another person. DESIGN AND TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION You develop the design and also implement it technically on my WordPress website, either with Elementor or with another suitable WordPress solution. Please indicate in your proposal which of these two services you offer. If you provide both design and development, please also explain how you would technically implement the protected input interface or the limited editing options. OBJECTIVE I am open to different technical approaches for creating this landing page template. An Elementor template would be an acceptable solution. However, I would also be very interested in a WordPress-based solution without additional paid software, where I could use an editable template interface with a fixed layout. In that case, I would only enter or replace the content while the overall design and structure would remain protected. I might even prefer this type of solution if it is reliable, easy to use, and can be implemented without recurring or additional software costs. The exact technical implementation is therefore open for discussion. Elementor is an option, but I do not want to be limited to it. The most important factors are reliability, ease of use, long-term practicality, and keeping the design consistent. The core design, element structure, spacing, typography, and user flow should remain consistent and ideally should not be editable or accidentally changed by me. I want to focus on the content while the visual concept and technical structure remain intact. DESIGN AND USER EXPERIENCE The landing pages should be reusable for different photography services. Ideally, I should be able to create a new page for each service simply by replacing the designated content in the input interface. I already have an existing website whose colors and fonts can serve as a point of reference for the design. I will also provide specific examples and references for the desired visual direction. The website should feel high-quality and professional, warm and authentic, personal and human, trustworthy, and focused on the individual person and the photography. The technical aspects of photography should remain in the background. This should not feel like a technical or overly sales-driven website, but rather like an emotional and trustworthy experience for potential clients. WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR I am specifically looking for someone with experience in UI/UX design, web design for personal brands, websites for photographers, service providers, creatives, or artists, conversion-focused landing pages, user-friendly and technically feasible layouts, templates with clearly limited editing options, and WordPress or comparable systems. This project is not just about creating an attractive visual design. We should also work together on the usability, content structure, and strategic placement of the individual elements. This includes the positioning of images, text, services, testimonials, calls to action, and contact options. It is also important that the technical solution works easily in everyday use. I do not want to need a web designer every time I create a new landing page. At the same time, I should not have to modify the design myself or risk changing it accidentally. Please do not send references from e-commerce, online shops, or similar projects, as these are not stylistically or conceptually relevant to my request.
