Designer to develop logo for start-up

We're looking for a logo designer to create a new logo and icon for us as part of a rebrand. We're a SaaS technology business with a fairly clear idea of what we want, so you'll get a starting direction and references from us. We're not after someone who only draws what we describe, though. If you think we've got it wrong, say so. The icon needs to work small and on dark. Favicon, app icon, avatar. That's where most people will see it. Expect multiple revisions. What we need delivered: - Primary logo, horizontal and stacked - Standalone icon that works without the wordmark - Full colour, single colour black, single colour white, and a version for dark backgrounds - Favicon and app icon exports at the standard sizes - Editable source files, Figma or Illustrator, with fonts outlined and a live text copy - SVG, PNG and PDF exports - Colour values in HEX, RGB and CMYK - Full assignment of IP rights on payment Paid hourly, but open to fixed price against milestones.
