Ad Designer for Ad Agency (Meta Ads Focus)

Graphic Designer (AI + Canva + Figma) – CRO-Focused Ads We’re a Los Angeles–based ad agency looking for a performance-driven graphic designer to create conversion-optimized ad creatives for eCommerce and B2B clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands that design is about results—not just aesthetics. What You’ll Do Design high-converting ad creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) Use AI tools, Canva, and Figma to rapidly produce and iterate creatives Collaborate with our team on hooks, angles, and creative testing Continuously improve designs based on performance data Requirements Strong experience with Canva + Figma + AI design tools Proven ability to create CRO-focused / direct response ads Must be available 9am–5pm EST Must be located in North, Central, or South America You must be the one doing the work (no outsourcing or agencies) Strong communication and reliability Opportunity Start with a set number of hours for the first month High performers will have the opportunity to transition to full-time Long-term growth with a fast-scaling performance marketing agency To Apply Send: Portfolio (ad creatives preferred) Tools you use (AI, Canva, Figma, etc.) A brief note on how you approach design for conversion
