UI/UX Designer for AI Appointment-Setting Product

We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to help shape a calm, trustworthy experience for a B2B SaaS product that helps appointment-setting teams manage WhatsApp leads. You’ll work directly with the founder/engineer to unify the app and brand systems, refine interface components, redesign the inbox-to-send workflow, improve live-call states, clarify automation controls, simplify admin tooling, and strengthen onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years designing shipped, data-heavy products and who can collaborate pragmatically in a small team. Experience with messaging, voice, human-in-the-loop AI, or HTML/CSS/React is a plus. We ship weekly and value clear UX writing, accessibility-first design, and fast, low-ego collaboration.
