UX/UI Designer for Educational App

I'm looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to help design an AI-powered personalised learning platform for children aligned to the UK curriculum. The core concept is that the platform creates a dynamic learner profile for each child, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, learning preferences and progress over time, and uses this information to create a personalised learning journey. The platform must appeal to both children and parents, combining a fun, engaging and intuitive child experience with a premium, trustworthy and insight-driven parent experience. Phase 1 of this engagement is focused solely on UX discovery, app structure and wireframing. I am not looking for detailed visual design work initially. The Phase 1 deliverables should include - user journey mapping - information architecture - low-fidelity wireframes - screen flow diagrams - key workflows and UX recommendations. The objective is to define the overall product experience and validate the concept before investing in high-fidelity designs and development. Key workflows should include: - parent registration and onboarding - child profile creation - learner profile dashboard - learning dashboard - lessons, quizzes, AI tutor interactions, progress tracking, recommendations, and support for future answer methods such as voice responses, handwriting and photo upload of paper-based work. Phase 1 Deliverables: User personas (Parent & Child) App sitemap User journey maps Information architecture Screen inventory Low-fidelity wireframes (all key screens) Parent dashboard wireframes Child dashboard wireframes Learner profile wireframes Quiz and lesson flows Voice-answer workflow Photo-upload workflow UX recommendations document Figma file ownership Following completion of Phase 1, there will be a separate Phase 2 engagement to create high-fidelity UI designs, branding, design systems and a clickable Figma prototype. Experience designing EdTech, AI-powered products, SaaS applications, parent-facing products or children's applications would be highly desirable. Please include examples of relevant work, your UX process, estimated cost and timeline for Phase 1 only, and confirmation that all wireframes, Figma files and intellectual property will be fully transferred upon completion.
