UI/UX Designer for Real Estate Platform

About the Role We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for our real estate platform, covering property listings, search and filtering, virtual tours, agent/client dashboards, and booking or inquiry flows. You'll work closely with product and development teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs across web and mobile. Responsibilities Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens for property listing pages, search/filter experiences, and user dashboards (buyers, sellers, agents). Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points in the property search and inquiry journey. Create and maintain a consistent design system/style guide across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate, feasible implementation of designs. Optimize user flows for lead generation, property inquiries, and booking/viewing requests. Stay current with real estate industry UX trends (map-based search, virtual tours, mortgage calculators, etc.). Requirements 2+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with real estate, marketplace, or listings-based platforms. Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work. Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Adobe XD, Sketch). Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices. Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping. Familiarity with real estate-specific UX patterns (map integrations, property cards, filters, comparison tools) is a plus. Nice to Have Experience designing for CRM or property management tools. Basic knowledge of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers. Engagement Type: Part-time Location: Remote
