UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX developer or product designer to help improve the user experience for Courier HQ, our software platform for courier businesses. Our clients are currently running into friction inside the platform, and we need someone who can do more than make the app look better. We need someone who can audit the current user journey, identify bottlenecks, spot confusing flows, and recommend practical improvements that make the software easier to use across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The ideal person should be able to: - Review the current platform and identify UX problems, friction points, and confusing workflows - Understand how real users move through a SaaS dashboard - Recommend improvements for onboarding, navigation, dashboards, job/activity flows, billing, and key user actions - Create clear mockups or prototypes showing what the improved experience should look like - Design for web, tablet, and mobile responsiveness - Think from the customer’s perspective, not just the visual design side - Communicate clearly with our team and provide developer-ready recommendations or handoff notes Deliverables may include: - UX audit of the current platform - List of key bottlenecks and recommended fixes - Updated mockups for the most important screens - Mobile/tablet responsive layout recommendations - Clear explanation of why each change improves the customer experience We are especially interested in someone who has experience improving SaaS products, dashboards, customer portals, logistics tools, marketplaces, or other software platforms where usability and workflow clarity matter. Please include examples of past UX/UI work, especially projects where you improved an existing software product rather than only designing something from scratch.
