Detail-Focused VA for Online Product Listings

We run a US-facing Halloween and horror decor store. We're building out several hundred product listings and need a reliable assistant for two things. 1. Listing copy. We supply the prompts. You run them through ChatGPT, check the output against a short style checklist, and paste the result where it needs to go. No writing from scratch. Consistency across the catalogue is the entire point of the role. 2. Product assets. Collecting images and video for assigned products and filing them into Google Drive using a set naming convention. Some light cleanup: removing duplicates, flagging anything low-res or missing, light editing (Canva recommended). Work is assigned through Trello. Each card tells you the product, the prompt to run, where the assets go, and what "done" looks like. You pick up cards, move them across the board, and comment on the card if something is blocked. Requirements Your own ChatGPT Plus subscription. We don't share accounts. Comfortable in Google Drive and Trello Genuine attention to detail. Product representation, naming conventions and folder structure matter more than speed.
