Detail-Oriented Grant Application Assistant

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented contractor to help complete grant applications on an ongoing, as-needed basis. I will identify and select the grants. Your job is to take the information I provide, fill out the applications accurately and completely, and submit them on time. This is not a grant research or grant writing role. You don't need prior grant experience, but you do need to be extremely careful with details and comfortable working against deadlines. What you'll do: Complete grant applications using information, documents, and answers I provide Follow each grant's specific formatting, word count, and submission requirements exactly Track application deadlines and flag anything that needs my input with enough lead time to hit them Organize supporting documents (financials, business info, narrative answers) as needed for each application Proofread all submitted content for accuracy and consistency before it goes in Keep a simple log of what was submitted, when, and the outcome or status
