AI Developer | Claude AI (FULL TIME)

We're a fast-growing eCommerce holding company operating six brands across channels. We're looking for a sharp AI developer to join us full-time as our lead on all things automation, agents, and intelligent systems. What you'll be doing You'll own our AI development end to end, building autonomous agents, automating internal operations, and developing systems that make our team faster and smarter. You'll work directly on our eCommerce backend dashboard, identify opportunities to streamline how we run the business, and find faster ways to build and deploy brand websites using Claude and other AI tools. What we need Strong experience with Claude, the Anthropic API, and building AI-powered agents and workflows. You should be comfortable working with Shopify, REST APIs, and eCommerce systems. Experience building internal dashboards and backend tools is a must. You think in systems, not just code. The role This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9AM–5:30PM CST. This is your primary and only professional commitment and we expect your full focus and undivided attention during working hours. No side projects, no other clients, no second jobs.
