AI Developer Needed – Ball Tracking Proof of Concept (for Mobile App)

We need a proof of concept that can automatically detect and track a ball in video, reconstruct its trajectory, filter out bad detections, and output clean position/timing data we can plug into existing physics calculations. This POC will later be integrated into a mobile app, so experience with mobile integration is a plus. Scope: - Detect and track a ball across video frames - Reconstruct a smooth, accurate trajectory - Remove/filter inaccurate or noisy detections - Output reliable position and timing data (frame-synced) for downstream physics calculations Required skills: - Strong experience with OpenCV - YOLO (or similar object detection models) - Object tracking - Trajectory fitting / smoothing - Video frame and timestamp processing Nice to have (for the mobile integration phase): - Core ML - iOS development - Flutter integration
