Development & Funding Specialist Pretty With Purpose, Inc. (PWP) Part-Time | Remote | Approximately 10-15 Hours Per Week Pretty With Purpose, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Development & Funding Specialist to help develop and execute a diversified funding strategy that increases sustainable revenue and financial support for our youth programs and expansion efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute PWP’s Diversified Funding & Development Plan Research and identify grants, foundations, corporate sponsors, banks, donors, government funding, and school/district funding opportunities Build and maintain a qualified funding pipeline Identify key decision-makers and potential funding partners Conduct strategic outreach and follow-up to secure meetings for PWP leadership Assist with sponsorship proposals, grant opportunities, letters of inquiry, and funding requests Develop corporate sponsorship and donor opportunities Research recurring and multi-year funding opportunities Maintain a funding tracker with prospects, potential funding amounts, deadlines, outreach, meetings, proposals, and awards Work with PWP leadership to turn relationships into funding, sponsorships, partnerships, and sustainable revenue Primary Goal Build and execute a diversified funding system that moves PWP beyond relying on individual grants and creates sustainable funding through corporate sponsorships, foundations, donors, schools, government opportunities, strategic partnerships, and other revenue sources. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, research-driven, and experienced in nonprofit development, fundraising, sponsorships, grant research, donor cultivation, or business development. We are looking for someone who can move opportunities from research → outreach → meeting → proposal → funding. Schedule: Approximately 10-15 hours per week Initial Term: 30-day trial period with opportunity for continued work based on performance.
