Developmental editor for a commercial non fiction

I have completed a 50,000-word nonfiction manuscript with a unique neuroscience-based framework. The core concepts are complete, but I am looking for an experienced developmental editor who can substantially restructure and rewrite sections of the manuscript to create a compelling, page-turning reading experience. This is not a copyediting project. I’m looking for someone with demonstrated experience in commercial nonfiction who can improve pacing, narrative flow, transitions, and emotional engagement while preserving my voice.” That will filter out a lot of people who aren’t the right fit. Also please share with me one nonfiction book you’ve developmentally edited that was later traditionally published.
