Developmental/line editor specializing in dark fantasy romance

I am seeking an editor who specializes in dark fantasy and monster romance. This novel was originally written as a contemporary monster romance before being changed to a dark fantasy. I would like someone to comb through it and rewrite/change modernization in descriptions and dialogue. Most of it has been changed, but there are likely things I haven't caught due to having read it so many times myself. The book is written in a dual POV first person format. Our budget is small at the moment, approximately $125 per ~25k words, but you will receive a bonus after each section is completed. The project will be divided into milestones.
