We are seeking an articulate and persistent Outbound Appointment Setter to dial leads for requested Veteran Will Kits and updated VA Burial Benefits. In this role, you will follow a structured script to verify veteran status, overcome objections, gather key lead details, and either connect clients directly to live video sessions or schedule booked Zoom appointments for our Benefit Specialists. Candidates must speak clear, confident English, have strong tech-literacy to guide clients through downloading and launching Zoom/Google Meet on various devices, and excel at cementing firm appointment commitments.
