Digital Agency Direct of Operations

Summary

If you're looking for a creative powerhouse who needs your operational expertise, this message is for you. My name is Sterling Van Gogh and I've spent the last 7 years building my marketing company, day by day, brick by brick. My first project paid $40. I've grossed around $3,000,000 since then and have generated thousands of leads and appointment for my clients, including around $720M worth of investable net wealth for my financial advisory clients. It's been a great run! But I've hit my ceiling. I can't output more. I can't manage more. I need a director or operations. I'm looking for someone who can take over the operations of the agency, day to day, so that I can continue doing what I do best: designing campaigns, writing sales copy, hosting webinars, and one-call-closing. Here's a quick summary of the company, my strengths, how I envision the future, and where I need a partner to step in. The agency: ✅We're in about 7 markets, a mix of b2b and b2c. ✅We do mostly appointment generation for professional services like advisors and attorneys. ✅Currently on meta ads, linkedin ads, google/youtube, and even some direct mail. ✅I can generate leads for free or even at a profit. This enables the company to grow essentially cost-free, so we can take over and dominate most markets. It's my true "secret weapon." My strengths: ✅Campaign Design - I've just got a mind for marketing strategy. It just makes sense to me. ✅It's the strangest thing. When I talk, people send money. Lots of it. I just one-call-closed a $61,093 contract this week. One call. $61K. I've yet to discover how to teach this to someone else, so I just keep doing it myself. ✅Sales copy for ads, sales letters, webinars, VSLs, email and more. The very first webinar I ever wrote did $1,075,000 in a day. Keep in mind, that client had a killer list. Still, 43 sales at $25,000 each. Not bad for the first try. My weaknesses: ✅I'm not a great one-on-one trainer. I get very impatient and don't like to repeat myself. ✅While I can handle the minutiae, it drains my soul. It's like gargling glass. Check lists, testing, proofing, 1,000 clicks a day. I can do it, but it's not my greatest contribution to the company. Not even close. As you can see, I'm the quintessential creative power house who needs an ops powerhouse to make the most of my outputs. And if you're the quintessential ops powerhouse, then, combined, 1 + 1 will truly equal 10. Here's how I envision the future. It's very simple. First, I only do the work I do best. If it involves sales in any way, that's on me. Second, you, director of operations, do everything else. That's the funnels, graphics, page design and layout, CRM management, hiring and managing VAs, custom fields, copy proofing, campaign links, email and sms automation, spotting and fixing bugs, integrations, project management, SCRUM, checklists, hiring, zapier, onboarding, quality enforcement, media buyer management, reporting, etc. Looking for someone well versed in the reverse-benton method. In a nutshell, I sell sell sell and you manage manage manage like crazy to keep everyone on pace with all the new business I'm generating. And with the right team, I can guarantee everyone will be overwhelmed with opportunity, just trying to keep up with all the business I'm generating. If you've made it this far then go ahead and schedule a call with me where we can chat for 30 minutes - a sort of "business date" - and see if we'd like to chat again. Sincerely, -Sterling Van Gogh P.S. By the way, I don't do business with people who can't show up on time. If you can't show up to a meeting exactly on the minute, then you shouldn't schedule a call with me. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to exploring an amazing future. Schedule now. You won't regret it. P.P.S. As for compensation, I'm envisioning a profit share of percent above base. That way you're getting exactly the value you create. Bad work = bad money. Good work = good money. Great work = great money!
