Digital PR & Content Outreach Assistant

Part-time / Remote-first Axipro is a compliance and AI governance consultancy with offices in Bahrain, the UK, and the US. We help companies get certified across frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 42001, and we're an Elite partner with Drata and a Vanta partner. Our growth engine runs on content, digital PR, and strong relationships with clients and publications. That's where you come in. The role You'll work directly with our Head of Growth on digital PR and content outreach. Your job is to get Axipro's expertise featured in the right places: industry publications, podcasts, and the success stories of the companies we've helped get certified. What you'll do Research and qualify publications and editors in the compliance, security, and B2B SaaS space Pitch guest articles and expert commentary to editors, and podcast appearances for our CEO Draft case studies, guest articles, client announcement posts, and pitch materials using our content system Coordinate case study production with our past clients: scheduling interviews, prepping questions, drafting from transcripts Monitor journalist and expert-source requests and draft responses Run our prospect research and enrichment pipeline (Clay, n8n) and keep the outreach tracker clean Keep our outreach inboxes healthy: verified contacts, clean lists, good deliverability What success looks like Regular published coverage: guest articles placed, press mentions secured, client stories published. You'll get clear targets, and a monthly performance bonus rewards the coverage you land. Compensation $350/month base Performance bonus for each published feature, guest article, or press mention you secure You're a great fit if you Are based in Bali and can meet in person once a week (not a deal breaker) Write clear, natural English and aren't afraid of cold email Are knowledgable about email delivery Are organized enough to run outreach without dropping threads Are comfortable working async over Slack Bonus points for Knowledge of cybersecurity or compliance frameworks Familiarity with Clay for prospecting and enrichment Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools How we work Day-to-day communication happens on Slack. You'll get clear targets, templates, and tools, plus direct mentorship from someone who does this at scale.
