Phase 1 Before making major website changes, we want a complete strategic audit. Deliverables should include: 1. Website Audit Technical SEO review Site speed Indexing issues Internal linking Schema opportunities Navigation review 2. Customer Journey Audit What is confusing? Where are visitors likely dropping off? What pages are missing? What should the calls to action be? How can we improve conversions? 3.
