Digital Inventory Binder for Service Vans

Summary

Need help building a digital binder/catalogue for inventory stock items carried on service vans. The goal is to quickly access the correct barcode for each item to ensure accurate quantity tracking. The system should let me select a section, then choose an item by image, and display only that item’s barcode. I already have a physical binder as a reference for the layout and workflow. It's important that I'm able to maintain this over time myself. I prefer this to be able to work offline if needed. Preferred device to use is an Ipad. see physical binder attached below.
