Web & Digital Project Specialist Looking for a reliable, resourceful Web & Digital Project Specialist to help manage and execute website and digital marketing projects. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable receiving an idea or request through Slack, asking the right questions, organizing the work, and carrying it through from concept to completion. Requesting someone who can think independently, not just wait for step-by-step instructions. What You’ll Work On - Edit, maintain, and build WordPress websites using Elementor - Update and develop websites in Webflow - Support websites created with AI-powered and code-based development tools - Build landing pages and translate designs or rough concepts into responsive webpages - Troubleshoot layout, mobile responsiveness, plugin, form, and general website issues - Manage website content, images, menus, integrations, and routine updates - Turn ideas discussed in Slack into clearly defined projects and finished deliverables - Organize tasks, timelines, priorities, feedback, and approvals - Communicate progress consistently and identify potential roadblocks early - Perform quality assurance before work is published - Document completed work and maintain organized project files Digital marketing experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of areas such as: - Landing-page strategy and conversion optimization - SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization - Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager - Meta Pixel and other website tracking tools - Lead-generation forms and CRM integrations - Email marketing and newsletter platforms - Paid media landing pages - Website performance and user experience - Basic reporting and performance analysis - Content management and social media marketing You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you should understand how websites support broader marketing and business goals. Looking For - Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor - Experience editing or building websites in Webflow - Comfort working with AI website-building and coding tools - Strong project-management and organizational skills - Ability to take an loosely defined idea and develop a practical execution plan - Good visual judgment and attention to detail - Understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile - Clear, proactive communication through Slack - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Willingness to research, troubleshoot, and propose solutions independently - Strong written English and professional client-facing communication Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Figma, Canva, Zapier, Make, or similar tools is a plus.
