Turn ideas into polished digital experiences—and build the system behind them. This is not a “complete a task and disappear” freelance gig. You will become the coordination engine behind multiple digital projects and help create a reusable platform that gets faster, cleaner, and stronger with every launch. The Opportunity We are looking for an organized, proactive Digital Projects Coordinator who can connect strategy, content, design, and development. You will work directly with leadership to move ideas from rough concepts to live, functional, on-brand execution. What You Will Own * Coordinate WordPress website builds, updates, and launches from start to finish. * Manage blog publishing and keep content organized, accurate, and on schedule. * Maintain brand consistency across websites, landing pages, forms, and digital assets. * Coordinate developers, designers, writers, and other specialists. * Oversee domains, hosting, forms, analytics, and foundational SEO. * Help build a reusable WordPress framework for multiple business websites. * Create clear documentation so the system becomes easier to operate and scale. You Will Thrive Here If You * Have strong hands-on WordPress experience. * Are highly organized and detail-conscious. * Communicate clearly in English and raise issues early. * Take ownership and solve problems independently. * Bring thoughtful recommendations—not just task updates. * Can collaborate live during agreed hours overlapping with the US PST business hours.
