Digital Systems & WordPress Specialist (CRM, Automations & Growth) About Us Hi! I'm the founder of The Chroma Club, a creative art studio on the Gold Coast, Australia. We run children's weekly art classes, adult drawing and painting courses, school art programs, holiday workshops and private events. I'm looking for someone who can become my long-term digital operations partner—someone who enjoys simplifying systems, improving workflows, and helping a small creative business grow. This is not just a one-off project. I'm looking for someone I can continue working with as the business expands. The Immediate Project (Highest Priority) I currently use Ontraport, but it has become far more expensive and complex than my business needs. The support and VA services available through Ontraport are also around AUD $100 per hour, which isn't sustainable for a small business. I'm looking for someone who can: Review my current Ontraport setup Recommend a simpler, more cost-effective CRM Migrate my contacts, forms, automations and email sequences Integrate everything seamlessly with my existing WordPress website Ensure all existing functionality continues to work Improve my customer journey and business workflows Reduce my monthly software costs I don't need an enterprise-level platform with hundreds of features I'll never use. I want something simple, reliable, easy to manage, and scalable as my business grows.
