That's why we're looking for Direct-Response Copywriters who want to become Creative Strategists. You do NOT need to be an expert media buyer. We will teach you the campaign management side. What we cannot teach easily is: * Understanding customer psychology * Writing persuasive hooks * Creating compelling offers * Researching markets * Developing winning ad angles That is what we're looking for. What you'll do: * Attend weekly client meetings * Research customers and markets * Develop ad angles * Write UGC scripts * Create concepts for graphic ads * Work closely with editors and designers * Learn how Meta campaigns are structured and optimized You will NOT edit videos. You will NOT design complex creatives. You will focus on strategy, messaging and creative direction.
