Direct Response Video Editor — Paid Social Ads (TCG / Collectibles Brand)

Work for one of the largest digital pack ripping platforms — users rip digital Pokémon, One Piece, and Riftbound packs, pull real cards, and either ship them home or sell back instantly. We're scaling paid social and need a direct response video editor who lives and breathes ad performance, not just clean cuts. What you'll be making: - Short-form paid ads for TikTok, Meta (Reels/Stories/Feed), and YouTube Shorts - UGC-style ads, pack-rip reaction edits, hook-driven creative, and iteration batches (same body, 5–10 different hooks) - Fast-turnaround variants based on what's winning in ad accounts You're a fit if you: - Are fluent in English and aware of US cultural trends - Have edited ads that actually ran as paid media — you understand hooks, retention curves, pattern interrupts, captions, and CTAs, not just aesthetics - Can take raw creator footage + screen recordings and turn them into thumb-stopping ads - Are fluent in CapCut/Premiere/After Effects and native platform styles - Are into Pokemon/TCG! We're looking for someone to work with long term, on a full-time basis.
