Direct Response Video Editor (UGC / AI / Viral Ads)

Looking for a video editor who understands direct response video structure and knows how to grab attention within the first few seconds with a strong hook, build curiosity and urgency that keeps people watching, and use elements commonly found in viral videos like good headlines, foreshadowing, and before/after reveals. The ads should feel organic and native rather than commercial and boring. You should have a decent understanding of sound design, be able to use AI tools (whichever really, but this is a MUST) without it looking obviously AI-generated, stay on top of what's trending on social media so you can incorporate those formats into our own content, and have good AI skills overall. We tend to create human personas, but also mix around styles with pixar styles, cartoons, skeletons etc). Tools don't matter as long as the output is strong.
