Discord Community Manager

We are a trading technology brand focused mainly on trading indicators and market-analysis tools. We are looking for a smart, creative, and highly independent Discord Community Manager who can take full ownership of our community. This is not a basic moderator role. We need someone who can genuinely engage members, grow the community, introduce new ideas, manage Discord professionally, and solve problems without waiting for constant instructions. Responsibilities: Manage and grow our Discord community independently. Keep members genuinely active and engaged through conversations, activities, events, challenges, and new ideas. Improve member retention, participation, and overall community experience. Handle negativity, complaints, trolls, spam, scams, and conflicts professionally. Manage Discord roles, permissions, channels, AutoMod, security, filters, bots, ticket systems, verification, and automations. Continuously identify weaknesses in the community and implement improvements. Recruit, train, and manage additional moderators to eventually maintain 24/7 moderation coverage. Track community performance and regularly suggest new growth and engagement strategies. Must-Have Requirements: Strong hands-on experience managing Discord communities. Advanced knowledge of Discord administration, bots, moderation, permissions, security, and automation. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong community engagement and growth skills. Creative thinking and ability to consistently introduce new ideas. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Strong judgment when dealing with criticism, negativity, and difficult members. Leadership ability to recruit and manage additional moderators. Comfortable working 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Nice to Have Trading or financial-market knowledge. Experience with TradingView, technical analysis, or trading indicators. Experience managing trading, crypto, forex, stocks, or FinTech communities. Experience managing large Discord communities. Telegram community-management experience for future expansion.
