Disposition Manager – Land Investing (U.S. Real Estate)

We’re a U.S.-based land investing company looking for a Disposition Manager to help sell our vacant land properties and manage buyer relationships. You’ll be part of a fun, fast-moving team where communication, organization, and results matter. Your Role: Build and manage our U.S. buyers list. Communicate with buyers through SMS, email, and phone. Create property flyers and online listings (Canva, Zillow, Facebook, etc.). Post our properties on relevant Facebook groups and other vacant land websites. Follow up with potential buyers and coordinate with title companies. Keep all leads and deals updated in our CRM. Cold call neighbors to sell the property Requirements: Experience in real estate, land, or dispositions (preferred). Excellent English communication (spoken and written). Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Friendly, outgoing, and confident on the phone. Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, and CRMs. Compensation: Hourly. Remote role with U.S. time overlap. Long-term position with growth potential in a scaling real-estate company.
