Dispute Processor: Send Letters + Call Credit Bureaus (All Tools Provided)

We're hiring a dispute processor for ongoing, high-volume work. This is an execution role, not a strategy role. The workflow is already built and it works. We need someone consistent who follows it. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Send dispute letters that are generated automatically by our system. No drafting, no analysis, no decisions about what to dispute. - Call Experian, Equifax and TransUnion a few days after each send to confirm receipt and check status. - Log every call and its result in our software. - Flag anything unusual for escalation. That's the entire job. It's repetitive by design. WHAT WE PROVIDE - The generated letters - Phone lines to call from - The software you'll log calls and results in - Full training on our workflow You need a quiet workspace, a stable internet connection and clear spoken English. Nothing else to set up or pay for on your end. VOLUME Starting at roughly 2-3 clients per week, growing to 10. We're looking for someone long-term, not a one-off project. WHAT MATTERS TO US Reliability over credentials. Bureau phone queues involve long holds and the work is monotonous. The people who fail at this role aren't the ones who lack credit repair knowledge, they're the ones whose follow-ups start slipping in week three. Show us you're the other kind. HOW WE HIRE Everyone starts with a small paid trial batch: a set number of letters plus the follow-up calls. If it goes well, we move to ongoing weekly hours.
