DocuSign Expert Needed — Real Estate Contracts, Templates & Workflow I am seeking an advanced DocuSign professional for immediate assistance with an active commercial real estate transaction involving multiple property owners and contracts. I need someone who can work with me live via Zoom/screenshare initially to review our current DocuSign setup, correct problems, help prepare and send current contracts, and then create a reliable system we can use going forward. This is not a position for someone learning DocuSign. I need an experienced professional who can diagnose problems and solve them quickly. Immediate Responsibilities • Review existing DocuSign contracts, envelopes and templates • Help prepare and send current contracts correctly • Set up single and multiple signers • Properly assign signatures, initials, dates, required fields and other fields • Establish correct signing/routing order • Handle different documents and addenda for different sellers • Set up transactions involving individuals, trusts and entities • Identify why completed contracts are coming back with blanks or missing information • Correct existing templates and workflows • Create reusable templates for future transactions • Establish an easy quality-control process before contracts are sent • Create a simple checklist that my assistant and I can follow • Train us on the finished system Ideal Candidate You have substantial hands-on experience with DocuSign templates, envelopes, recipient roles, routing, conditional fields, required fields and multi-party transactions. Experience with real estate, legal, title, closing or other contract-intensive environments is strongly preferred. Accuracy and speed are extremely important. Initial Engagement I would like to begin immediately with approximately 3–5 hours of paid work. The first objective will be to work through one or more actual contract packages together, correct the immediate problems and determine the best template/workflow structure. If successful, additional work will include completing the template system, documenting the process, training my assistant and providing occasional ongoing DocuSign support.
