Documentary Style Youtube Video with added images and video links from Youtube

I have a video with my voice but need to add clips from youtube and transitions that show research papers and images throughout a 38 min file. Beyond adding the video and reference to the websites and images, I need all other talking in the video to be diverse with the text: For youtube videos: I will want the videos to show with a little shadow effect to it to make it look 3D. I want it to be that when I talk it goes back in forth between transparent text and multi clored background with text on it, and lastly some of it being black background with white text and white text with black. Are you availble to start today this video?
