Draftsperson for Drawings to Scale

Description: We are seeking a draftsperson to prepare a single drawing sheet to scale for a planning permit application at Unit 10, The Sheds of Spotswood in Melbourne. Scope of work - one drawing sheet required: The drawing must show all of the following on a single sheet: Unit 10 site plan showing boundaries and dimensions in metres consistent with the endorsed plans North point Plans drawn to scale Ground floor plan showing the proposed padel facility layout including 3 indoor double padel courts with dimensions, reception, café/bar, and pro shop Mezzanine floor plan showing the viewing gallery with loose furniture (seating and tables) Development summary table showing: site area (sqm), and number and allocation of all current and proposed car parking spaces Proposed waste bin locations labelled Reference documents provided: Endorsed estate site plan - for dimensions, development summary table format, and drawing style Endorsed Unit 10 floor plans (showing cross section, long section, mezzanine plan, and key plan for reference and parking at the back. Illustrative padel court and mezzanine seating layout — for court and furniture positions to be incorporated into the to-scale drawing Requirements: Single A1 sheet (PDF and DWG deliverables) Drawn to scale consistent with existing endorsed plans (1:200 floor plans, 1:500 site plan extract) Title block to match existing Cadence endorsed plan format
