Draw Architectural Plans for Alterations and Additions to a Residential Home

I already have the existing house plans and sketches. I need a draftsperson or residential building designer to prepare permit-quality architectural drawings for a rear deck, replacement glazing, and to update previous internal alterations and replacement bathroom windows. What I’m thinking at this stage: Page 1: Title= Cover Page “Alterations and Additions to Single Storey Residence at 1 Dianne Court Cheltenham. Proposed Deck and Glazing Modifications.” Index of Pages. Page 2: Title = Existing Site Plan Page 3 Title = Demolition Plan Plan, North Elevation & West Elevation Page 4: Title = Proposed Floor Plan Page 5: title = Proposed Elevations Page 6: Title = Proposed Sections Page 7 Title = Deck Framing Detail Page 8: Title = Proposed Materials and Finishes Ensure all pages are A3 and scaled. Ensure North is in the Footer. Ensure scale is labelled. I need the files as separate dwgs and a combined pdf.
