We are looking for an experienced architect to prepare construction drawings and obtain permits for the renovation of an existing 2,500 SF restaurant space in Cary, NC. Some work has already been completed by the previous tenant, and we would like to reuse as much of the existing construction as possible. Scope of Work Verify existing conditions and prepare as-built drawings. Design and update the floor plan. Prepare a complete permit and construction drawing set. Coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering as needed. Design a drive-thru, outdoor seating, and required exterior improvements. Coordinate kitchen layout and interior finishes. Submit plans for permitting and respond to review comments. Provide construction support, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site visits as needed. The project is for a dessert café with coffee, crepes, ice cream, indoor seating, outdoor seating, and drive-thru service.
